Dreams
Long ago, I could close my eyes and imagine fairy-tale endings, castles and princesses... and the princes who traveled across the world to save them. But those are child's dreams. At one point, it was to be rescued - helpless. The next, it was summer skies... and the arms of someone who I just couldn't forget. Now, my dreams are a escape. A story without a conclusion, a heroine without the peace she has strive for, for so long. My dreams have become a mirror, the heroine my reflection. They've become certain in their uncertainty.

It is good to have a dream or goals but sometimes uncertainty can lead to something great you never imagined. People can make the mistake of planning out their lives so thoroughly that they forget to actually live.
I enjoy your writing style. It had a Tracy Hickman/Margaret Weis kind of feel to it. I to often dream of fantasies and adventure. I sometimes wish life could be more exciting and spontaneous instead of a dreary routine.
